Questions vendors ask us

Still wondering? Write to wonderfulindia@artlyworld.org.

What types of vendors are eligible to apply?

We welcome applications from vendors offering authentic regional Indian cuisine and sweets, handcrafted textiles, traditional attire, fine visual arts, artisanal goods, handmade crafts/jewelry, wellness and Ayurvedic products and services, yogic/meditative products and services, and educational or cultural resources.

How are vendors selected?

Vendors are selectively curated for each event to maintain high standards and cultural resonance and ensure alignment with the designated festival theme.

What happens after I submit my application?

Once your contact information and initial application are submitted, our curatorial and operational teams review your materials. You will be notified via email regarding selection, potential dates, and next steps, typically within two weeks after you submit your application. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.

What are the booth fees and space dimensions?

Booth fees vary based on the size of the event (Intermediary Gathering vs. Major Anchor Festival) and product category. Selected vendors receive standard 10x10 space allocations or 6ft x 6ft table setups, depending on vendor type. Detailed fee structures will be provided upon application approval.

What permits and insurance are required?

Vendors are solely responsible for securing all necessary Texas sales tax permits, city health permits (for food vendors), and liability insurance prior to the event date. Proof of permits must be submitted prior to participating in an event.

Are food vendors permitted to cook on site?

Indoor cooking setups (open flames or heavy fryers) are restricted based on venue regulations. Most food vendors prepare items in licensed commercial kitchens and utilize approved warming equipment on site. Food vendors must display temporary food service permits at all times.

What display materials do I need to bring?

Vendors must bring their own tablecloths, signage, product displays, point-of-sale systems, and display accessories. Tables and chairs are provided by the venue.
